I have thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Prague or Praha as they say. It was so relaxing just walking down the cobbled streets (not that Jacqui thought so hehe) and wandering through the old buildings. When we arrived yesterday, Nick took us on a walking tour via some of Prague's monuments. We saw the most amazing view of the city, walked over the Charles Bridge (the most famous bridge in Prague), some beautiful churches and the John Lennon wall. Hilarious moment - we had to cross this road but to do that we had to go down and back up this ditch thing that was paved with stones. it had been raining so it was a little slippery. So I head across the road and look back to find Jacqui arse up in the ditch. the traffic was stopped in both directions waiting for her to cross the road....including our bus driver! PMSL!!! Today we walked into Old Town which is just the cutest part of Prague. We went to the chocolate museum where we met an interesting man. He was telling us all about the hard times in Europe and certainly made us appreciate what we have back home. He would love to marry an Australian girl if anyone is interested! Learnt some interesting things about chocolate, including the health benefits, and scored a delicious hot chocolate at the end. I'd never had a hot chocolate like that before. They put in the milk then this big cube of chocolate that you sir until it melts! Yummy! After that it was time to head off for our lunch cruise with the tour group. We toured up and down the river taking in the picturesque views and had a lovely lunch. Then it was back to old town to explore some more. Oh they have the most beautiful crystal here! I could have looked at it all day! We then found somewhere nice for dinner and then called it a day. Tomorrow we are off to Berlin which I'm really looking forward to. Lots of love to you all xoxo

joannethomas Jo has forgotten to mention in this blog before I fell over climbing up a brick bank she to also fell over. However Jo did not fall up a bank instead she stood in a mud puddle and fell on her arse. Good thing we had laundry that night as her pants were totally cover in lovely mud.
