Back in Aucklanland for the night and then getting a bus early to Waitomo.We dropped Gizzy off today which was very sad so now we are travelling bu bus- great fun!!!!

Bit of expamsion on the quad biking as i don't hink George did it justice- AMAZING FUN. It was 2 1/2 hrs. Graet way to see the 90 mile beach. We went on hard sand where we could go at top speed- really soft sand, over rocks and best of all arounfd the dunes. We went down this reeally long steep dune. Our guide said we had to go in 5th and not brake otherwise we would tumble over the front of the quad- it was brill. Definate must do.

Went to stay with Karl & Rox last night (thank yu so much for having us). We had a great time. Thay have the most beautiful house over looking the sea and no neighbours. We went down to the beach as had a BBQ with some of their friends- had fresh snapper- just been caught. It was really yummy. Karl took us fishing- but we will brush over that is we caught nothing!!! At least we tried!!!

Drove back to Auckland today to frop of Gizzy and heading north early tomorrow.
