Ok a real quick one and i will add more tomorrow.

We went to see the penguins. Saw 2 Yello eyed penguins but from really far away. Apparently they are loosing feathers so mostly stay in the bushs to keep warm. We didn't see any Blue Penguins whci was a shame. They apparently walk around the town and are everywhere but not when we were there!!!!

Came to Queenstown for 2 days and did the Luge and Gondula and played some amazing mini golf as it started to rain. obviously George won and i lost!!! Always the way!!!!

Then got bus to Te Anau where we did a 4 day trek. The Kefler Trek. it was such fun. Tina stayed at the hostle but the 3 of us did it. Was my first one so i didn't know what to expect. We me lots of nicer people on the trek. Some ladies said i had started with one of the hardest in NZ. Great but i managed fine. Really enjoyed it even though no showers after a sweaty day of walking. I did wash in the lake one day though!!!! So satisfying when it was fininhed,. We all waklked over the finish line holding hands. The summit was 1400 metres or feet- not sure will find out!!! Weather good. Little overcast so not too hot. 2 nd got quite wet and cold but not too bad. jHad dry clothes to change into which was good.

Struggled a little with the pack on our backs but that just ment we had to eat more of our food to make it lighter!!!! Walked through so many didfferent types of vegitation . Very beautiful. Hopefulyy do a 2 day one in the next 10 days before we leave-- see how weather is.
