We are in Varkala atm. We are staying in a cool 'bamboo hut' style room in the middle of a long stretch of restaurants and hotels along the cliff. There are loads of tourists here but it is still nice. We have been mainly chilling out. We had a day on the beach and all got sunburnt...especially Neil! Neil has now realised his mistake and bought a rucksack instead of the wheelie case. He looks quite fetching! There is happy hour which stretches to happy night in all of the restaurants/bars along the cliff so we have had a few cocktails. We have also cut quite a bit of Jenny's hair off.

We are leaving tomorrow but we have no idea where we are heading!

Back in Fort Cochin- we took rainy backwater trip and got a traditional Kerala lunch on a banana leaf.
