Koln was my favirote place in Germany, although we were ther only one night on our way to the Netherlands. Koln was much much smaller then the other places we visited in Germany. It had cobblestone streets and tiny cute resturants along the water everywhere. We visited a beautiful cathedral where a man was playing a grand piano and people were drawing with sidwalk chalk. I fell in love with Hamburg! We stayed with a German friend named George and it was sooo good to stay with someone German and learn about the Culture. We cooked him an american meal ( fried chicken, mashed potatoes, greenbeans) and enjoyed ourselves the first night. The next day he took us on a walking tour again, we saw a lot of history, but mostly enjoyed this beautiful city. I loved Berlin! My friends and I started our Euro trip off on a great note! As i stepped off the train with miles, michael, and kathleen we were in a hugeeee city! We stayed in a wonderful hostel that provided a free walking tour of the city that lasted three hours! We got to see everything! my favirote things were the Berlin wall and the Jewish Musem. We spent the entire day walking around and enjoying the city! We spend the next day seeing everything we missed...
