Delhi Belly

The last few days have been crazy!

Here's a few interesting things that have happened....

1. I saw an elephant walking down the road whilst driving into Delhi
2. I've discovered threading (my eyebrows look pucker!)
3. We had a crash. A car tried to undertake us at speed on a dual carriageway whilst we were over taking a truck. The gap was far too small and the car didn't fit. It ended up slammed under the cab being pushed along while Steve slammed on the breaks. No one was injured but I think that the other car was a write off. We ended up having to sit by the side of the road till 11.30pm whilst the police requested too lots of senior police to come along because they didn't want to make decisions due to us being tourists. It was quite funny because the other driver was refusing to accept liability until we managed (through a passer by who spoke very good English) to confirm that undertaking is also illegal here.
4. I can't remember when I last had a solid poo
5. We all went to TGI's last night for Danny's birthday and it was wicked felt like we were at home meeting friends for drinks. Twas tip top. And the cocktails were huge, so was their happy hours!
6. I saw a boy about 6 perched on the front of his dad's bicycle driving into the 9 o'clock traffic in Delhi, he had his right leg in full plaster cast and his head all bandaged! There seems to be no sense of safety here.
7. I had a big disagreement with 20 or so crickets who tried to make my tent their home the other night and sing me to sleep!
8. The Backstreet Boys seems to still be massive in India. they seem to play them in every shop!
9. I brought some jeans from Pepe for just over 20pounds had they were altered for free in 30 minutes!
10. I sat in an Italian up a mountain with Danny, Martin and Grant listening to Peter Andre, mysterious girl. Tres funny especially as Martin had just asked Grant if he was Kiwi or Oz. We've now known each other for 2 and half months and Grant was wearing a 100% New Zealand t-shirt at the time!

Delhi is wicked, just how I expected and very smoggy.
