Hey all

Well another action packed week! Hospital wise - the girl I thought still had a broken arm needed another operation, so im pleased I didnt go ahead with the physio! Shes fine now. Apart from that just a normal week at the hospital.

Last weekend however was amazing. I went back to the place I did the bungee from but this time did cannoying (absailing and sliding down waterfalls!) It was amazing! I was rubbish and slipped loads resulting in bumps and bruies, I also held the rope so tight that I had bad blisters on my hands, but it was well worth the pain! Go extreme sports Jenny! The next day we did rafting again, this time we had two lads fall overboard, one was another volunteer but even funnier was when our guide fell in! lol! Bit worring when even the guide cant stay in the raft!

Well after all that activity at the weekend Im well tired and am a bit poorly - symp symp, so im off to bed,
