We stayed the night at Roy and Frans house in the suburbs of Melbourne. The next morning (Saturday) we all set off for "Mount Dandenong", a newly refurbished park area from which you got a great view of the city and suburbs of Melbourne. On Saturday we met up with Dee, her husband John, and his son Tom for a trip to "Phillip Island". We drove for two hours and reached the beach by 10am. It was a really nice day, the weather was warm and we managed to do some bodyboarding. The beach was quite nice to, although being a bay it had a bit of seaweed. Well we have arrived in Melbourne after getting a flight via Singapore from Bali. It only took 10h. We have found one of the main backpacker areas to stay - St Kildas - and have book some nights in the "Coffee Palace" hostel.
