Day 6: Klosters

Hotel is Silvretta ParkHotel…lovely hotel and gym/spa area but get on this…you have to PAY (yes pay_) for tap water…have u heard anything so daft?? SO if you want some Tap Water with ur meal you have to pay 4.50franc…..but its free if u buy a bevy….hmmm not soft these swiss are they!!! even in weather spoons ya get free tap water hahah…weirdos

First full free day since Ive been here, up early to gym (obviously) and then off to brekkie to stuff my face before a full day of exploration of Klosters.

We got given a Klosters pass which gets us FREE access to all trans and cable cars….woohoo

First things first….Im heading straight to the cable cars to go to "Gotschnagrat" (where do they get these names from??) - ok so Ive never been in a cable car before and I was excited - well that was until we started to climb and climb and climb…Omg I couldn't look I was like NO I dont like this…NO this is not for me, proper scared and then we reached 2,285m and I walked out of the cable car and was like WOW,…I LOVE THIS, it was magical, snow..and clouds and you couldn't see but that made it more magical….the snow was so soft and fluffy and lots of it and I was absolutely astonished…literally having tp pinch myself and feeling so grateful and having a little bit of reflection…this was unreal…and even though the pics are amazing - they really done do it justice….so I rang me mum (yes u have signal up there) as ya do and was like "Mum Im up the top of a Mountain" haha was proper made up with myself and so glad I went to the top…..and I thought I was boss going back down, but its a hell of a journey but so worth it…it was -4 degrees at the top but the sun as blazing so was really warm.

Back down on normal land…I headed off for a walk down by the lake…did about 5km, the lake facing the hotel (Silvretta ParkHotel) so peaceful, amazing mountain views and crystal water….listening to a podcast and walking, wow this was so peaceful and gave me time to thinking reflect.

Went back up the cable car (getting cocky now aren't I haha) to see if better views but to be honest even though it was clearer…the views where well better when it was misty!!

Back to hotel….relaxation room, chill, jacuzzi and sauna then food…..

Amazing Day…surreal and unforgettable.

Bed now…last day tomorrow (boohoo)
