Day 1:- Left Lac-Saint-Joseph this morning and headed to Quebec City…en route we stopped at a Sugar Shack and got to learn all about how Maple Syrup was made and it was fascinating, I love a bit of maple syrup and I have more than indulged whilst being in Canada…but I mean you've gotta haven't ya??
