Managed to definitely catch up on sleep, food and relaxation here in Vilcabamba.  Beautiul hostel surrounded by mountains, hammocks, cold swimming pool (refeshing after hot hike!), and wonderful food (very important).  Even managed to have my first Reiki experience.Heading off on overnight bus tonight to Peru - not much fun but saves a day wasted on a bus.  Then plan to take two further buses, my mood depending! Next stop is Huaraz for trekking in ...

Jungle news -started with biking and rafting, then into the jungle for lots of walking in wellies and ponchos!! Swam in couple of waterfalls - beautifeul.  Everything now wet and dirty - awaiting next stop for laundry.Off to Vilcabamba today in the south, hopefully for chilling out by a pool for a couple of days - bliss!love to you all jenxxx
