And that's about what it's come to here in Montevideo. After a brief injection of life from a fun group of backpackers that came through a week or so ago, it got really slow again...almost dead. And if I want to see other parts of Uruguay, I have to get moving. So I'm going to "get busy livin'". This pretty much wraps up my 5 week stint in Montevideo. About the only new thing that I've done is take a tour of the Legislative Palace which was pretty cool. I was joined by a Brazilian girl named Paula that dresses to kill. It was fun going places with her and watching everyone stare. Especially the dedicated soldiers that have to just stand all day guarding stuff while we were touring around. They're supposed stare straight ahead and ignore distractions... but where ever Paula walked, that's where they were looking.
I'll be on the move for the next couple weeks. Let's go see what Uruguay has to offer....

jambo-claude Moving on I see your moving on sir, about time you let us know where don`t you think? So where will Christmas be this year I wonder, do please enlighten us. We will be in Goa, India and it promises to be an event if we are to believe all the hipe. Our friend Marie-France has joined us for a month so we`re both delighted.
