hello , Its joanne I have just meet Jecks and her new freind Chris in Cambodia . I was really not looking forward to leaving the kids and life in Thailand but i had a goo last week at work . As they say God plans how long i should of been working there for . Its strange to be traveling again but Cambodia is such a raw country . There are kids everywere and it so poor. The three of us had two motor bike drivers for the day we went to see the killing fields and the genoside museum .Its so shocking just mallicious cruelty for no reason , I cant believe i had never really heard of it considering the scale and how recent it was. Hey, Its Jecs, we are back to writing together! It ios really nice being travel buddies again! This last week i was in Siem Reap with my aprents which was very nice, but very different to my previous travel experiance!...5star all the way baby! We saw the ancient Ankor cities including Ankor Wat. So many huge intricate temples made of sandstone. Some dated all the way back to 900! It was really interesting and really beautiful. Hopefully there will be some photos on here soon!(hint hint daddy!) Well i really like Cambodai, it makes me realise Thailand is actually quite rich!!and it is so much easier to travel there, here is alot harder. There are so many less tourists here, which is a contrast from busy thailand. On Wednesday we are going by boat down the Mekong river to Vietnam, where we wil be for nearly 3 weeks. Im really excited about going there, but dont really know what to expect yet...we shal have to wait and see!
