Last evening we went to a fantastic restaurant - Friends - which scores no 1 on Trip Advisor. We had used the same source on our last night in Siem Reap (Aha- excellent Khmer food with French refinement) & so were hoping for great things.
The restaurant is the public face of a project to educate and rehabilitate street people. They have to undergo 2 years of training before progressing to the restaurant. Everyone there wore a teeshirt printed with either Student or Teacher.
Food, service and ambiance all perfect. Really impressive.
