Ok...we made it! We had to travel up through Malaysia, we left Singapore on 15th and only arrived on the 18th, we saw some pretty grotty sights and stayed in some even grottier places and we spent 24h on trains but Jay got to see the Petronas towers to his delight! However we have met some lovey people along the way and followed them to their hotel here in Ko Samui!

The weather has been really good, only had a couple of days of rain and even then it is still really warm, but the sun is out and we spent our first day on the island on the beach...with a hangover! We decided to go for a few drinks and dinner with our new found travellers but it ended up a few too many; and ended in the reggae bar. (See picture above!)

We have learnt from our MISTAKES and have booked a hotel in advance for the next few days at Bo Phut for Christmas....roll on Xmas dinner on the beach!

We have found some lovely places to eat where main meals are around 3quid including drinks! We have found a bar that does a Sunday Roast with 4veg, yorkshire puds, roast pots and MASH....mmmmmm!

Only a few pictures because buying a good camera means the picture quality is better and therefore estimated 394mins to load all the pictures we had...so you can make do with 25 for now as Jay is hungry and wants to go and get dinner and its nearly 22.00!
