A quick update... Friday - I don´t work Fridays, so I set about to sort a few things and chill around the town for the morning. Again, another nice day. This place only gots 6 days of rain per year! Then, by the afternoon Lucila and I went to the centre of town to sort me out a mobile phone which is now all done! So, the past few days... STARTED at the school! I tell you, it´s hard work...ah jesus! I do four hours a day, two days of teaching English, and two days assisting teachers in the multiple workshops that the children do. Haven´t updated for a few days, so... Sunday - Had a bit of a chilled out day, as I was so worn out after the long 12 hour day in the mountains on Saturday. Today I did a 12 hour bus ride/tour up through the Andes, which was amazing! Started dead early...was supposed to be picked up at 7.30, but in ture Argentine style they didnt turn up until 8am! After a long and tiring journey of 30+ hours and 3 flights I´ve arrived! The homestay, firstly, is great. There´s Ana the "landlady" who is lovely, a very kind and helpful person. Then, her daughter and her husband, who don´t live there, are often round. Equally nice. Then theres us, I´m one of 4 students there; the only English speaker!
