Rounded the rock finally at 15,01 this afternoon after a tough night in quite big sea. Awesome helming though!! We were all promised a lovely flat sail home but sadly that's not the case and we re sat on a broad reach

We had pasta pesto for dinner this eve cooked by mike and a little bottle of fiz as we rounded the rock

Bring on the Scillies and the homeward stretch If we can manage 7 knots we hope to be in by mid afternoon fri
