Not being able to helm the given course of 131 degrees

The waft of bananas from the anchor locker
The joy of catching the contents if the chart table as it spews them out on a port tack And the elastic holding it in place that whips you as you try and remove it
The heads after 5 days at sea !!!
The ever increasing volume of bruises
