Day 90 to 96 Arrived in Queenstown yesterday and stayed in one of the newer campsites, we did plan on staying at one of the DOC sites (Department of Conservation), because they are a lot cheaper and some times free. Day 83 to 89 Wellington was great, quite a lively place, full of cafes, galleries and boutiques. We had read that it would be hard to park in town, but amazingly we found a place to leave the van all day and we were even able to stay the night. Day 73,74,75 Australia is long behind us now and we are currently 13 hours ahead of England. We landed in New Zealand late on the 12th Of Jan and it was 10pm before we got out of the airport. The City is around 40 minutes from the airport so was quite a bit later when we got to our hostel. Day 70 Arrived in Melbourne late afternoon, we hadn't booked anything but knew a few people who we had met in Alice who were staying at Nomads so decided to go there. Its so easy getting from the airport to the city as there is a bus 'skybus' that runs every 20 minutes which takes you to a bus terminal and from there you get a smaller bus which takes you straight to your accommodation.
