Just back to Perth after a fabulous trip from Melbourne via Adelaide to Alice Springs. Long days, fabulous sunrises and sunset, great comapny. Will up date my diary when I have more time. The one thing of which I am most proud is that I climbed to the top of Kings Canyon and walked all the way around. It was fabulous and the highlight of my trip so far. Will write more later.

Had a wonderful time sailing around the Whitsunday Islands. The first three days was with one group and on the second three days new people came aboard. Went to Whitehaven Beach which was spectacular - all aquamarine and shades of blue (and that was just the passengers!). Seriously, the coast line and beach were super. About to take off to the east coast and a week's sailing around the Whitsunday Islands and hope to get out to the Outer Reef. Got my waterproof camera ready so hope to get some shots of monsters of the deep (I know you're not out there really Dave!).
