We leave Kakadu and travel out to Pine Creek for a coffee stop. On the way we saw a dingo and a mob of wild donkeys. As we leave Pine Creek we give way to traffic at the Stuart Highway and watch the Pecks zoom pass as they head south from Darwin. We swap text messages with them and meet up for the night at Bitter Springs, where we enjoy a swim in the clear waters and see some turtles.
