Well......... the time has come for us to blog again, the internet is working and so is the computer (praise Jesus).

York was AMAZING!!!!

We went to a place called Barley Hall which was an old time house and we got to experience some of the aspects of life that they did so many years ago. I must say I was impressed with their walk in pantry.

We got to see fudge being made and had a sample, sorry Dad I didnt have enough money to buy you some, it was very expensive. Helen, you would of loved it,mmmmm Banana fudge your fav!!

Jorvik Viking Centre was really cool... we travelled through time in a time machine to the year 946 to visit the Viking town of Jorvik, when Scott grows up he wants to be a Viking!

York Minster - nothing we write here will do this Church justice. Stained glass windows, pipe organs, candles it had the works. We took the trip to the top of the tower, 270 steps in total, well worth the pain.

For breakfast on our second day here we managed to polish off the following...

4 pieces of toast, 2 bowls of cereal, bacon, 1 egg, 1 hashbrown, 2 danishes, 2 muffins, 1 croissant and 5 glasses of juice, gotta love a free breakfast.

We are having a few problems trying to get more photos up .We froze 4 computers in the process of trying to get this blog on, so we will try again tomorrow.
