We spent three days in a campsite near Montreal. We booked a two day tour which picked us up and dropped us off at our campground. Once in Montreal the tour included the use of the Hop On Hop Off bus. Highlights were Norte Dame Basilica where Celine Dion was married, seeing the area where Justin Treadea lived when he was growing up, Saint Joseph's Oratory (the largest Catholic Chursh next to the Vatican), Mount-Royal (which has the largest cemetery in Canada) and McGill University. The second day in Montreal we ate a delicious lunch on the 44th floor of the Ville Marie where we had a fabulous view of the city of Montreal. A lovely city to visit.
