We started out in Siem Reap where the temples of Angkor are. The huge area of ancient temples has the largest religious building in the world. All of it is 1000's of years old and the best temples were the ones that had been gradually consumed by the forest. Also its the place where they filmed tomb raider. We spent 3 days exploring the area with a moto driver. The huge amount of cultural activity was a bit too much so we headed to the beach at Sihanouk Ville for "relaxation". Finally we stopped in Phnom Pehn for a couple of days where we went to some hisorical sights from the revolution. The communist prison with torture rooms and blood still on the floor, and the killing fields with the piles of skulls were really intense. Unpleasant but interesting at same time.
