Finally we arrived back in Auckland. We were getting a little worried our flight wasn't going to show but it actually landed 20 minutes early! We landed and we got picked up by the home owner Min. She is so lovely she even paid for our flights to get back up and we are only house sitting for 4 days! We got to her house and met the family. They have two lovely dogs Maila and Holly and a massive 18 year old cat called Evie. As it was Sunday she cooked us all a roast dinner with home made Yorkshire puddings we were in love! It all tasted delicious. They have a massive garden with a really nice decking so we ate it outside in the sunshine. Maila has done something to her back leg so she is on tablets for it so we can't take them for really long walks or throw anything which is a little frustrating! They drink a lot of alcohol so me and Tom felt like we had to drink! The next day we woke up and she cooked us a fry up! We feel a little spoilt again, she's left us with a full fridge as well! We were sitting on the sofa and she got us a box of roses that we ate in 5 minutes! She showed us some really nice dog parks and we drove around Auckland. The son drove us to a massive Westfield which is only 5 minutes away, it's a shame we can't shop :( He has only just got his driving licence and he reversed in to a wall! He then was showing us a pizza shop took his eyes off the road and nearly smashed in to the back of a car! The noise that came out of my mouth was horrific haha The husband brews spirits so he made me a massive bottle of vodka which.. She drank haha they have now left and gone on there cruise so we are just relaxing and looking for jobs nooooo! Our last day in Mount Albert we just completely relaxed and obviously tidied up! Her daughter went on a separate cruise and she was back sometime tonight. A girl was meant to pick her up but she got a kidney infection and was useless at letting us know we were supposedly meant to pick her up until about 6.30 she Facebook messaged me saying she has flown home! So we had to make our way to the airport not knowing anything about this flight! We got to the airport but we did get a little lost on the way. We drove round three times... We had no clue what her daughter and boyfriend looked like so we were just hoping they would recognise the car! Finally on the fourth attempt they saw the car and she was pretty livid as the other girl hadn't told her anything at all and was avoiding her calls. They were both really lovely. We are getting the bus to Whangarei tomorrow and we are so excited!
