Today 13th Jan saw a nice day of rest for us all. We did some planning forthe rest of the south africa trip looking at where we are going. The Lewis clan are all off to the Drakensberg mountains tomorrow for 5 nights to do lots of walking and general exercise. Euge is now in training - in Howick there is a race called the Midmar Mile every year which he is thinking about entering. Its 1 mile swim across Midmar Dam competing again thousands of people!! So no doubt when we ge to the mountains he will be off training in the pool.
