This morning was a tough one...we said good bye to Penny and Poppy. They are off to their new home in Koolunga to stay at the Primary School with the other chickens and the rooster. Layla had some tears as Ronnie loaded them into the car but we assured her they were better off there than at Ben's house; she agreed wholeheartedly. We will always remember our little feathered friends and how they were such great company and gave us such delicious eggs every day.
