Bit delicate today after yesterday's shenanigans we wake up at port San Juan and find a bus tour that is only $20 each for a tour of the island. After we board we are in stiches when two more guests arrive - the hilarious Boston sisters Judy and Sheila who sit behind us and we enjoy the trip together full of laughs and great information on the island. Today is Grand Turk day! It turns out to be an island resort, but none like we have ever experienced and we have a blast! They have a bar pool area which is packed called margarita ville! Exciting day ahead as we stop at the Bahamas half-moon bay today! We disembark around 10am and have until 5pm, Matt and I have a full day of sunbathing on this gorgeous beach dipping in and out of the sea and grabbing a BBQ lunch. It has a shipwrecked themed bar and we take to exfoliating ourselves on the shore.. much to the amusement of passers by and ourselves. We don't realise how strong the sun is and head back on-board around 4pm aiming for the pool and me...

We discover a taxi app called Uber which is really popular over here - it's brilliant! You can book the next available cab via GPS, the trips are much cheaper than regular cabs and we get $25 off our first trip! So, we head to a seven eleven to stock up on diet coke and water for our trip as we're allowed 12 bottles of each for the cruise and two bottles of wine. Omg! Worst flight yet!!! It was 4 hours of constant turbulence - Jacq was petrified praying the whole time - it really was the worst flight ever!!!! We were so glad to land, we took a train to Fort Lauderdale station and a cab on to our accommodation.
