Jacq found one of the big 4 sites in near the city, about $50 a night so we decided to have a day of relaxation, praying for sun and a pool only to find more torrential rain and no pool.

But it's a great campsite with a view of the beach - can't beat it! It's a bit pricey but good for Sydney and Jacqs' research shows we can buy an "opal card" put credit on it for all ferries, buses and trains into and around the city! Best thing is it's capped at $15 spending a day i.e. our ferry return alone is $15 so once that paid for all trains and buses are free on the card - result!

We park up and rest Jacqs' finished up her book - it was a great read - funny enough she finds another book by the same author in the new campsite called "drink with the devil" and quickly gets stuck in.

We drive to Manly Wharf to check out the ferry for tomorrow and grab a timetable - praying tomorrow brightens up.
