Our last day in Venice..... :(
Today was our last day here in Venice and also the last day of our wonderful trip before we leave for home tomorrow.
We spent the day just doing some shopping and sightseeing, hopping on and off the vaporettos along the way.
By the time we were heading back to the apartment it was quite dark and there was also a full moon so I got to take some more great pictures, hopefully they will all turn out well.
Had our last dinner at the apartment, and then started on the packing for our trip home tomorrow.
It has gone so fast, and we have had the most awesome time on this holiday!
We have seen the most spectacular scenery, from mountains to rivers, to beaches and rolling green Tuscan hills, swam in the clearest blue water, wandered around gorgeous medieval walled villages, walked through ruins from centuries ago and been thoroughly pampered on the cruise ship. We couldn't ask for more from such a wonderful trip, plenty of variety, everything has gone to plan, and sharing it all with my very best friend!!!
