Saturday 11th July Yesterday morning we got up early to leave Amarillo. We stopped at a gift shop on the way out, which was closed but Emily had phoned them in advance to make sure I got my Amarillo pin, such a special moment that she did that! Friday 10th July We got up yesterday morning and left Santa Fe. After the huge thunderstorm in the night our tents were all soaking wet so it was a complete nightmare but we got all packed up and got into the van. We drove to blue hole which is like a massive pond which has been made into an outdoor pool. They had water slides and inflatables in it.
