Wednesday 24th June
Yesterday we left Elko at 7am for the drive to Lake Tahoe. Everyone was willing to leave early since it meant time at the beach when we got there. We arrived at Lake Tahoe about 2pm so we had a few hours of chilling by the beach and swimming in the water. JD picked us all up again about 4:30 and took us back to the hotel which is really really nice and lovely friendly people here too. We had time for a shower and to get changed when we got back before getting a bus down to where the boat was picking us up for the Lake Tahoe Champaign Cruise. It was 2 hours on the boat with free food and drinks so we were all delighted! After we got off the boat we headed back to town and got some really nice food in an Irish bar and then across the road to the casino. Limited myself to $25 on the machines but everything I won I was just re gambling.. Bad move. Walked away with nothing! Haha. Another awesome day though, really enjoyed it here and another place to add to the list of places I would come back to.
