We're in Miami waiting for a weather window to cross over to the Bahamas. There might be a chance to get across on Christmas day. We'll let everyone know if we do try to cross then. We spent three weeks working really hard on Zephia in hot and humid Indiantown Florida. We did a bottom job, painted a new boot stripe, replaced parts of the standing rigging, made all new canvaswork, and waxed and polished her. So now its really great to be out anchored and simply chilling! We'll be here in Stuart for a week or so. We're in Miami Beach now. The Miami area is really great! Lots of really good anchorages and tons of stuff to check out on shore. We are anchored in Sunset Lake right now. Multimillion dollar houses all around us. It still must be spring breeak here. One of the houses had a rave last night till one in the morning. Pam and I slept with cotton in our ears it was so loud! It was pretty cool sailing through downtown Miami, all the skyscrapers and boat traffic...
