Day 26 - The dusty and bumpy dry planes of the Altiplano, spectacular volcanoes, flamingos and deep green lakes! Day 25 - The surreal and crazy Salar de Uyuni - Salt Flats of Bolivia at 3653m and climbing into Pringles tubes and beer bottles!! Excitedly we quickly explored the local markets of this dusty small town, bought some bits n bobs then in our mixed groups boarded our home for the next 3 days, a jeep! Day 24 -Across the desert to the start of the salt flats at Uyuni! Today saw us boarding our local bus for the remote 8 hour journey across the desert to a small town basically in the middle of nowhere -Uyuni! Day 23 - Onwards to the Silver Mining Area and highest city in the world - Potosi at 4000 metres altitude! Days 20 - 22 - Final day in La Paz then a 12 hour night bus to the administrative capital, Sucre!
