Flying home to Good old England 22/12/08 11.30am Madrid Airport awaiting our 13.15 flight to Heathrow. Well here we are after nearly 365 days, 21 different countries, god knows how many buses, planes trains, automobiles and transport of pretty much any shape or form and the wonderful 10 hour Iberia wooden class flight from Rio. In 5 hours we will be home at the end of our dream world trip and blimey what a year it has been - Totally Unforgettable! From 1000km mot...

In the Beginning.....a chemist vreated Valium and so it was thus that Nikki was able to travel. The day had finally arrived Terminal 4 of a very cold Heathrow airport via a quick hug stop for Nikki (and lots of tears!) on route and the Betts and Hogarth clan were in attendance to make sure we finally left the country! Thanks all (and Ian's clan & Alex!) for coming to see us off and apologies for Nikki's blubbing!!
