Hi Guys,

Well I am finally in Los Angeles, and this is my last day in the USA. I fly to Quito in Ecuador tomorrow.

From the Grand Cayon, we drove down to Las Vagas and had the luxury of staying in a hotel which had a living room and kitchen in it, plus 3 pools. It was so nice having a shower and not being dirty again in the next 2 minutes as it has been with camping, the luxurys you come to appreciate!!

Las Vagas was great it is so cheezy, and Katrine I think it is the best place for you guys with the elvis wedding and me and dorothy as dolly partons!! Hee hee I can picture it now! We wnt for a buffet dinner at the rio it was amazing, there was so much food, from all corners of the world, and I have to say so many fat people...some had to sit on two chairs!! From here we went down the strip and into a few casinos, I have to say there are some wierd people there, a guy called Brandon tried to hit on me saying that american guys are a lot better than british guys and he could show me a good time, I swiftly declined and I was only waiting for the guys to come and meet me from the restaurant, i tell you people arre quick here! No worries dont panic mum, I have already told pete I thought it was quite funny! He had the american swagger, the baseball cap and the gold chains...just up my street....Pete the clothes will be uin your next parcel!! Hee hee!!

We wnt to the Ballajio to watch the fountains and treasure Isalnd to see the pirates show, before returning to the glory of what was a double bed!!

Today we travelled to Los Angeles, and the group split up which was a bit sad as we all had a good time, plus I am out of my comfort zone again, which is going well and things are running smoothly touch wood! I was walking down fairfax avenue which is were my hostel is and thinking that I cant believe I am doing this and that I am by myself an actually feel comfortable in doing it too. I went to hollywood boulevard and saw the stars! then I went to the farmers market and the globe shopping area which is really nice, has a little park in the middle with a bridge and fountains, plus and bandstand with a group on.

I am now waiting for my airport pick up which is coming at 3 in the morning so just relaxing at the moment. This comp is rubbish so cant put photos on so will do it in Quito.
