Hi Guys,

Just a quick note to say hello. I have had a slight accident in which I fell over right on my back and have injured myself slightly, I can walk but it is very painful to bend or sit..but I am drugged up on pain killers, it happened yesterday when we were going to Lake Louise - which was a b***** and unfortuately I have had to cancel white water rafting today - gutted!

We had a lovely day yesterday, Lake Louise is beautiful, the colour of the water is amazing! As is Lake Morraine. We also saw some Grizzly bears which was brilliant! Just got to get a picture of a Moose (although I have seen one - they are massive).

Anyway fingers crossed I can do my paraglide tomorrow, speak soon.
