We travelled by mini-bus to Paraty - it took 4 hours but was not too bad. We walked inot town and had a look around. I had to buy another pair of sandals because of the cuts on my feet!!!!

Our hotel has an outdoor pool, our room is really nice and this place would be perfect for a 2 week holiday. We went out last night as a group and I had a glass of wine, went ot bed, however I have spent all night up with food poisoning!!!!! If I didnt improve they were going to give me an anti-sickness injection. I have improved however it has meant that I have missed a boat trip around neighbouring islands, but I am not well enough to do anything. Nevermind, that will teach me to be more careful about what I eat!!!!!

We hed to Iguazu Falls on a 16 hour night bus tomorrow so that should be horrendus!!!! Anyway, catch you laters!
