Hello my love, well i've woken up this morning sore and achy after my one to one at the gym, god I was so nervous where I haven't been in about a year! Didn't exactly do myself proud there, haha, couldn't even make 10 mins on the cross trainer and he usually wants me to do 20! I'm sure gonna work on it, no pain no gain!!!!
The pics are fantastic and glad you've been snap happy. Looks like you are all having the best time and Theresa looks so damn gorgeous in everyone and with that tan. Have to say i'm very pleased to see not even the slightest hint on sunburn, you are a good girl. I don't really have anything exciting to say but will let you know as and when I do. I'm giving up on men totally though, had it with them, they all just have issues in some way or another, haha! Can't get your oz mobile no to work on my phone but will keep trying, you know what i'm like, BLONDE!!!! Anyway you keep on with the updates, missing you and will be in touch before xmas, love ya xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Dearest Helena, Thought i'd write a quick note as i'm to plymouth in just a few hours to work onboard the mighty echo on monday and tuesday. Well our indian was lovely thursday night, the best one i've had in ages but yes as Tash said the mouth of steel was broken. Never have a vindaloo because it is almighty hot!!! Went to Basingstoke on Friday and had lunch with Holly in Nandos which was really nice, didn't have enough hot food on Thursday night so had a medium hot chicken breast in pitta. Visited the lovely ship mersey in the afternoon then went out for a few drinks with them in the evening. Lush Dudley was out, he is so fit i'm going to e-mail a photo of him. I've like him since i first saw him, i'm sure you'll see why when you see the photo!! He's meant to be cooking dinner for us on Wednesday night so we'll just have to wait and see. Must say you look mighty fine in your climbing outfit, get me one of those bad boys!!!! You look like you're having a great time and really enjoying yourself. Wish i was there!!! I'll leave you a little note before we go to Scotland on friday, hopefully i'll be able to get on Auntie Margarets pc when i'm up there. Missing you, loads of love your Juliette xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hello, just for all reading I have been texting Helen throughout the week about odd things but thought I'd write with an update about the rest for her. Well the meal at TGI's was lovely, it was good to mix in with the crowd from work as my the old lot at work altho I loved them all to bits were a bit on the older generation and the new lot that I am in with are no more than 12 years older than me - anyway meal was fantastic but my stomach hurt so much from lauging. Work hasn't been to bad this week, bit of an odd one, all the students have now finished for xmas but us hard workers are all in next week - so unfair. Finished my course on Wednesday so I am now going to do the intermediate course in January, even looking at purchasing a bed in the new year so I can get lots of practice in cos I really do enjoy it. Went to have my one to one with the rather sexy bummed Andy at LA Fitness today and my programme is very different to before. He has recommended an eating plan for me which I will start the Wednesday after xmas and he said that it really is going to help me. At this reate missy for me going to the gym you are going to have to catch me when I am running away from you!! Went out last night with Julie, Holly, Little Jen and the lot from HMS Mersey in Portsmouth and had a really good laugh. A new bloke came along last night named Dudley (yes his real name - id checked) and he is an absolute scream, he is always smiling and making witty little comments. I have been employed in the new year to be his cleaner once a week - the flat is amazing. Anyway he is joining to Lee's ship in April and is possibly going to be his new boss - I'm loving it already. Also, Jenna says to say hello, hasn't got access to the Internet at the moment but i have given her your mobile number. You look like you are having to much fun - STOP it's not fair of the rest of us in the wet, cold miserable south coast of England. I am loving the photos cos it is so good to see you happy and with colour. Well i have gone all over the place with my message but i do promise that it won't be this long before I write again. Let me know when you get the photos. love ya and missing ya loads xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ps the tape is nearly worn out - sorry xxxxxxxxxxx
Kara
Hey Helen! Your photos are great! Nice suits for climbing the bridge!!! Not sure what Trinny and Suzanna would say though! I just got my hair cut at a HAIRDRESSERS!!! Just in time to start work next week! We are doing Secret Sante tomorrow night at Emma's which is sure to be a fun night! I am going to make some lovely pasta bake to take round!!!! Yummy!! Got no more news at the moment! Will be in touch to let you know how my first day at WORK goes!!!! Luv Kara xxx
Tash
I've just checked out your new photos and they all look totally amazing, especially those of the climb - you look extremely fetching my love! You can tell you are all having a wicked time, how jealous we all feel, thought I also saw a glint of your "tan", it must have been a shadow! The bars look like great fun and it certainly is a small world - you best start behaving! Thought I'd let you know that Jules mouth of steel was defeated by a Chicken Vindaloo, her eyes watered. I tried the smallest amount possible, closed my mouth and it felt like it ignited - had to spit it in a napkin - classy girl!! It was a lovely place (Tusk in Fareham) but I don't advise drinking a pint of blackcurrent and water as it was £3.00, it was flipping uncold tap water and some cheap cordial not even Robinsons!! We made up on the cost of that though by having 4 bowls of dessert - jelly and ice-cream, delish.
Missing you loads, take care, love and hugs, Me.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Helen
Hay peep! Well we did the climb and have the rather geeky pictures to prove it! (Which are all now downloaded for you all to laugh at!) If any of you go to sydney in the future it is def one of the must do's. The views were incrediable and we did it on a bright, clear day! All in all we were doing it for 3.5 hours, wot with all the preparation before and the actual climb where in places was blimen hard work. In the evening we went to a fantastic bar on the 36th floor of a hotel looking over the bridge and opera house. We could only affford one cocktail each but the view was amazing. On the menu of the bar was a particular cocktail costing 5000pounds because it had a diamond in it and you had to give 24 hours notice if you wanted one! The day before we went to the Botanic gardens (cant remember if i said this already) which you'll see in the pictures where yet again i was snap happy. God you all must be bored now, but to cheer you all up there are some funny pictures of our manic weekend last week. We have decorated the flat now and keep having to put the advent calenders, chocolate presents in the fridge as they keep on melting! God i miss the cold! The world bar on tuesday proved that the world is very small, i was telling some random man that i'm from Portsmouth and another lad overheard me and said he's from scum, sorry southampton! I asked him wherebouts and he said Bishops Waltham! Oh, my god he only knows my friend from uni....Emsy Wemsy!! Wot a small world, teresa, Hannah and i were in shock! Hopefully t and i will get to the blue mountains sometime next week, as its xmas in just over a week...god time flies! Hope your all ok? Missing you all! Love helen xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Tash
Well I'm glad to hear that your tan is coming on nicely and that you going about getting it safely. We're all going to look transparant compared to you on your return, won't that be an incredible change! Actually, I'm not to sure I like the thought of that - best get myself some colour before then!! Can't wait to see the photos of you climbing Sydney Bridge, no doubt that'll put a smile on everyones faces hun. As you know me and Jules are going to the Indian all you can eat tonight - hope they've got stacks of VERY MILD Masala or Korma or I'll be going home hungary unlike Jules who is determined to try probably the hottest thing her mouth of steel can possibly handle! Should be an interesting evening. Keep having fun and making the most of everything. Take care, Love and Hugs, Me.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Helen

Hey Helena me again!! Just thought i'd put a little note on as i've done something you told me to. Well, you you told me to do something different for my birthday next year as i can't drink, i'm doing exactly that. I've just booked a long weekend in Dublin!!! Can't wait as i've always wanted to go, got a hotel right near town and the station so travelling around Dublin doing all the tourist stuff won't be a problem. Hope you are well and topping up your tan!!! Love ya, Jules
Shell
Hi ya Helen!!! Got the postcard yesterday!! Was good to receive a sunny card rather than a snowy one!! It sounds fabulouso out there and Im VERY impressed about this tan you speak of?!! Go careful mind, you dont want to get all cocky...stick to the factor 30, you still got a few months left yet!!!
In answer to your question about Ben...well...I shant go into any detail as I dont actually know everybody who reads this site...(although Emma may find it of interset??!!) things are...progressing!! We are spending a lot of time together and probably xmas day and new year...a bit awkward that Nick now knows about the whole situation...he despises me and thinks im an embarrasment??!! Probably true but hey...you cant always help your feelings??!! Ben had an offer accepted on a flat on Monday so is excited about that but now im jealous so will be keeping an eye out for a bargain flat of my own!! Thought about getting a cat (perhaps a bit premature?!) but then realised you would never visit so changed my mind!! I guess Teresa will have mentioned about my change of plan for visiting Oz...oh Helen im so sorry but the job is good so i dont want to jepoardise that and as i need to find somewhere to live i really need to be saving all my pennies!!! We can all go on holiday somewhere together another time and until then you and Teresa will just have to have massive fun for me...Im sure you will have a comment on the subject so i look forward to hearingg from you soon!! Keep safe Mxx
Jules
Hey Helena, i have been very slack with my messages didnt realise how long it had been since i'd left a message. Well, nothing really exciting has gone on in the world of Jules since i last wrote. Had my work christmas meal on Friday night which was a complete disaster, ended up getting a full refund and drinks paid for all night by Frankie & Bennys, gutted that i couldn't have a drink! Its really busy at work at the mo, only a week and a bit to go before i finish for Christmas, Horray! I'm off to the ply of the mouth this weekend to stay with my mate Fetz (aka Richard) cos i haven't seen him for over a year so it'll be great to see him. Working down there on Monday and Tuesday next week so get a good few nights there before the year is out!! Oh, you'll never guess who stayed at mine the night i last wrote . . . . . Bonk!! Don't worry nothing happened, he fell out with J so needed somewhere to stay. Eve clearly gave up her bed cos he wasn't sleeping in with me, negative. Seen him yesterday for a few hours and yes i was well behaved. Not going to see him now until well into next year as he is on christmas leave from Friday lunchtime. Got to show some officers round tomorrow at work, can't wait may find a nice young un in there somewhere!!! Tash has been really good with the gym, went swimming again last night just gotta get her in the gym gym now. When she dropped me off last night she asked if i wanted to go to the gym or for an indian on Thursday night . . check her out putting exercise before food! We're clearly going for an indian as someone needs to try the new one in Fareham. It's good to see that you're enjoying yourself and that your tan is coming on slowly but surely. Now don't go to mad cos i'll look like a milk bottle next to you when you come back. What i'd give to be allowed on the sunbeds!! Mum says hi and hopes you are well. Well, got to sort my life out before eastenders and holby city so going to love you and leave you know. Missing you loads, i'm being really strong with out you! Loads of love Juliette xxxxxxxxxxxxxx p.s. thanks for the postcard.
Dad
Hi Helen. Your Father here, logging on to chat. You be careful about the race/eligion riots on one of the Sydney beaches - must be true as I heard it on Radio Five Live !! Have you heard about the fire at a fuel storage depot near Heathrow - the first explosion was so strong it registered 2.4 on the Richter Scale for earthquakes !! No-one killed 'cos it happened at 6:00 a.m. but much of Hemel Henstead had to be evacuated.
We have our Xmas 'do' on Thursday and once again I am aiming for the wooden spoon at the 10-pin bowling event before our meal.
Mum's wrist is really giving her a bad time and some medical site on the internet says that the remedy may be to imobilise the wrist in a splint to ensure a complete rest for two weeks. Typical though, Mum breaks up from school at the end of the week and she visits the doc on Thursday. So she could be splinted up all over Christmas - great !! Many employers are very concerned over RSI because some employees have taken them to court over the problem - so HCC beware !
Adam has just phoned - he is currently reading your E-Mail and considering whether he can fit in a visit down under. Must sign off now cos my favorite programme is on the TV - "They Think It's All Over" It is now, luv Dad.
