We set off early this morning straight back to Hanoi with out any stops which took us just over 4 hours and me and Christelle split the driving quickly swapping seats at traffic lights. We got quickly showered and all 6 of us went out for lunch at a lovely Italian in the city centre. In the evening me Alex Christelle and dani watched films and ate ice cream at Alex's and packed our bags to go our separate ways in the morning :(

Today was probably one of the most toughest/funniest/worst/best drives of my life. We set off just before 8am after a yummy banana pancake breakfast and drove on the most craziest off road mountains iv ever been on in my life. Following the motorbikes most of the way until we got to a bit that the car wouldn't fit through so had to go a separate way to the boys. We then drove up to Ba Be lake which was humongous and took a little boat ride across it to check out some of the guest houses for somewhere to sleep but decided to keep on driving a bit further and eventually found a nice little hut for us all to stay the night after a yummy dinner and swim in the river.

We set off early this morning in Alex's 4x4 following him, his boss and his boss's son on their motorbikes. First we drove to Alex's factory where he gaves us a full tour of the offices and then took us through the warehouse and along the production line showing us the jackets being made from a sheet of material to seeing the final product ready for packing. It was all very impressive and had similar structure to Pack solutions!

From Monday morning to last night we went on a tour with Hanoi's backpackers hostel to their own "Castaway" island in Halong bay. To get there the whole group met for breakfast at the hostel and got a 4 hour bus to Ha Long where we all got on a boozey 5 hour boat ride to the Castaway island which went through Ha Long bay which was gorgeous.
