We got up this morning to go for lunch with V's family and got to meet her dad son and her little cute doggy at her house before going for a Japanese meal. Dani and Christelle even ate a cows tongue but I refused because that is disgusting!

We went for full body massages in the afternoon and for a swim at a near by pool and had a Vietnamese dinner. We also booked onto a backpackers tour for tomorrow morning to Halong Bay so got an early night to recharge ourselves!

We met Alex's girlfriend V last night at her bar then went to Alex's bar then another bar to meet an old friend of mine Matt (who is now working in Vietnam and lives on the next street from Alex which is mental)! From there we went to a couple of clubs so all woke up feeling horrendous today but because it was Alex's birthday we got up super early before him so we could go out and get lots of nice things to make him a birthday breakfast :)

In the afternoon Alex showed us round Hanoi and to the Mausoleum where Ho Chi Minh's body is being preserved! For dinner we went to Gaucho a gorgeous steak house for his birthday meal with V and his friend nick too where we met a very funny waiter that gave me funny tips for my ski season when serving and also got us veeeery drunk!

Today after breakfast on the beach in Nha Trang we got 3 hour horrendous bus journey to the airport where the bus driver beeped his horn the whoooooole way there (apparently something all the Vietnamese do when driving) but this guy was by far the worst. We arrived at the bus station and were like aliens to the local people and had a circle round the three of us being petted and stared at!
