After a horrible 12 hour journey we arrived in Bangkok bitten from head to toes because I am SUREEEE my minging squeaking-all-the-blaaaddy-way seat was ridden with bugs! Still kicking (and scratching) myself for doing another long bus journey after hating the first but it meant paying £6 rather than a £40 flight...however I would pay £34 to get rid of the bites but hey!
Arriving a 6am having not slept we booked ourselves into a reaaaaonably nice hotel and slept till lunch time. We then got a Tuk Tuk to the Chatuchak market which is 35 acres big! So spent 5 hours walking round and haggling prices of clothes that were only about £1 each anyway.
We then got a Tuk Tuk back to our hotel for well needed showers then headed out onto the back packets strip for a well needed drink and a facial :)
