No we're not really on the sea...but are out of hospital...for a few days! Bob has had his op which went well...he's feeling OK but tired. He goes back in as a day patient on Monday to have a tube which is still there removed..and alongwith it the remnants of the pesky kidney stone.

Now in our wonderful little oasis of a wonderful 50's hotel..with gently jazz in the background..with fresh watermelon and banana juice in his hand...and bl**** can't believe it....the hospital has just called to ask us to come back to pay the bill! Had real administration/insurance problems to deal with and looks like ther's more to come...tra la la...just need to put some gin in that watermelon juice! Both looking forward to a night of no nurses checking blood pressure, temp. and other stuff through the night...but also very grateful for the wonderful care they gave.
