Montecarlo
Today was a relaxing and much needed beach day. We saw the Montecarlo casino of cores and it was gorgeous. Along with the many crazy expensive sports cars and yachts. It definitely was a sight to see and the place the be. The weather was gorgeous and HOT. The water was so blue and unbelievable. On the train ride here we rode all along the amafi coast along the ocean and it was breath taking. Something we wouldn't have seen if we weren't taking the trains. Another totally great benefit to taking the trains across Europe! We grabbed lunch in Montecarlo, of course FAR away from the casino and on the beach! A really cute cafe and some simple bean snacks and sandwiches! We all took turns changing in the bathroom because there was no way we were going to sit at lunch in our "train outfits"- the established outfit picked out every night before a long train ride the next day, and with us it's usually the same go to outfit each time- leggings, tanks, flops, sweatshirt. Anyhow we put our butts in the sand for the afternoon and just relaxed. It was perfect! And no mom I didn't get burned ! Later on we headed for the train, where we stopped in nice for the night and got a hotel. It wasn't the nicest but a much needed place to crash before our journey to Barcelona!
