morning, it is currently 8:20am here! the sun is shining and im still in my sleeping bag.

yesterday i went out mtbing, felt better but still found it hard going riding in the heat. Think i was out for 3 hrs, 2 hrs of that was just climbing i'm sure. After getting back, i heading down into town and sat by the lake for a hour reading my book. In the evening i went to my NZ bbq, we ate fresh salmon that one of the guys had caught that morning, so that was a treat. after that went into town to play a couple of rounds of pool.

Today i'm planning on going out mtbing, and then tonight i'll be heading over to Wanaka to meet up with the Freeride NZ lot. Hope i get on ok, think i may be doing some coaching this weekend, so that will be interesting i'm sure.
