Hello everyone, Please ignore the activity category that i have selected for this update because it is completly incorrect- the only walking we have participated in is the kind to the bakeries (there are lots in Nelson with good pies!) and back, oh and the picture is also incorrect because we havent got enought time to visist Milford Sound!!! But anyway! We are currently in Nelson, we arrived two nights ago and decided we would have a lazy time here as the madness would begin again once we hit the North Island. Nelson is a cute place with little shops and lots of places to eat and drink, it is surrounded by hills so again its pretty. Our campsite is the more out of town area, lots of panel beaters around and paint shops- odd but perfectly fine with really good hot showers. On our first day here we had a little wander around, took in the cathedral and had luch in Queens Park and then found a bar and sunk a bottle of wine. We then went back to the campsite for some OC therapy, Hayley was one very happy bunny! Yesterday we decided to have an even more lazy day than Saturday, we paid a trip into town to stock up on essentials- choclates, crisps and sundried tomato tear and share bread (so good!) and settle down for some Dawsons Creek and One Tree Hill therapy- happy bunnies all round- they really should repeat Dawsons Creek in England- teenage angst at its best! Today we are driving to Picton to catch the ferry to Wellington tomorrow so until then i shall bid you farewell as there isnt a great deal to report other than we have very full bellies and smiles on faces!
