Hello all! We have a few minutes just before we go to Bondi Beach for the day (oh the hardship!!) so I thought I would tell you all about our day in the Blue Mountains yesterday. We caught the train from Central Station, after missing two of them and waiting almost 2hrs on wrong platforms - we were misinformed I promise! It was nice to see a bit of the area outside Sydney, we stopped at Katoomba which was very quaint indeed and home to the Three Sisters. The story goes an Aboriginal Chief turned his three beautiful daughters to stone to keep them from harm, but sadly died before he could reverse the spell. What are the chances? So there they stay at it's quite a sight, we were both totally struck dumb for a few minutes. We have been eating so much here, turned into proper little piggies but everything is so good and cheap! We're making our lunch to take in the mornings to save the pennies, mummy's taught us well eh?! We've met some really nice people here and totally adapted to dorm living (although some people have been here for months and I'm not sure I'm ready for that just yet!!). After weeks of not making my special sleep noises they have really kicked in now I have an audience! Last night I woke myself up giggling and apparently I woke Hol up too! Whoops!
