hey all just another message to let you know that tomorrow we are heading back to singapore for the night, then taking another flight the next day to sydney, australia. cant tell you how excirted we really are but its all going a bit too quickly for our liking!

well the last few weeks in thailand have been absolutely amazing. we've seen enough temples and buddhas to last us a while, eaten some amazing food, partied til sunrise at the full moon party in ko phagnan, drinking thai rum, coke and red bull out of buckets, met loads of great people, lazed on some beautiful beaches, been cultured to high heaven whilst sight seeing and seen enough lady boys to last us a life time!

to top it all off the other day we went to visit some of the traditional hill tribe villages, one of which was the long neck ladies, we tried on some of the gold rings they wear round their necks and they were so heavy - cant believe they do that all day everyday, cant be good! ed ended up playing football with one of the little thai boys too - very sweet! then the next day we went on an elephant ride which was amazing. our elephant mai took us trekking through the jungle and then to the nearby river where we played with the elephant and got absolutely drenched - no signs of dengue fever yet - which is always a bonus! i (hayley) have got a huge bruise on my knee where i fell off the elephant when it playfully rolled into the water - oh well what good story doesnt have war wounds! unsuprisingly ed came out unscathed - typical!

we are getting quite sentimemtal about leaving but are definately looking forward to the new adventures ahead! hope all is well at home and we have to say that we are not pleased with the poor amount of messages we are recieving on the board - so get typing you lazy bloody lot! no in all seriousness we want to know what we are missing out on at home...as if! he he!
