hey all my my we really are getting quite pants at this, sorry we are honestly going to take the time to catch up a little in the next few days. well we had an amazing time in malaysia and can honestly say that each place we went to was so different from the last that we cant believe quite how much we've seen and done already. we took buses and ferries and reached thailand 4 days ago.
we stayed in krabi for a few days which is absolutely stunning. while we were here we went to see some thai boxing (after the initial shock of seeing someone getting kicked in the face your fine, we both found ourselves wanting to see blood - morbid i know but it was just too tame after a while). we also went for a TRADITIONAL thai massage (i put this in caps, just to confirm that there was no funny business although we were pulled to pieces), i (hayley) loved it and found it funny watching eds face as we lay on beds next to each other as he was clicking away. we also went for a day trip to the gorgeous phi phi island where they filmed some of 'the beach', the speed boat that took us round for the day was at times scary we honestly took off the water from time to time and our bums seemed to pay the price. we met a couple from sydney on their honeymoon and was nice to join in their celebration. the snorkelling on the trip was absolutely amazing, we saw flying fish and you get so close to the coral that you can see the strangest things going on in the underwater world. there were millions of fish that sometimes you couldnt see anything else especially when the thai tour guides threw bread in the water and they go crazy for it. one night we met a couple of american guys and a girl from kent and somehow ended up in what seemed like the red light part of krabi, the sights we beheld were honestly disturbing. all im saying is that me and ed have invented new games called spot the thai bride and spot the lady boy! fun to people watch and have a few drinks though!
yesterday we took what seemed liked the longest journey ever to kho phag nan as we are going to see what one of these full moon parties are all about, we are staying at a place called phag nan beach resort and its honestly on the beach, couldn't believe our luck for 6 quid a night. the party is a bout 10 mins away in ataxi so we are far enough to chill in the day and get away from the noise when we're done. the party is tomorrow so we will let you know, could be messy! the place we are staying at are throwing a free bbq and free taxi service so it should be quite good. met a few people in krabi who we are supposed to be meeting so will be more fun and safe to go with a crowd. anywho enough of the essay for now, love to all from e and woowoop aka. hayley and ed x x x
