So after Byron we left for Surfers Paradise - still with all the girls, by now Dave is craving for some man conversation! but we've arranged to go to Fraser with a couple with met so he'll have a friend soon. G'day!! We booked 4 nights in Bryon Bay and stayed in an 8 bed apartment with 4 beds (all bunk beds) in each room - on our first night the bus put on a VIP night for the Oz Exp customers at the party bar/club 'Cheeky Monkey's' across the road. We checked into our apartment and met our roomies - unfortunately due to it being the busiest time of year we couldn't get a dorm with our friends so was hoping that our roomies were nice as we all know how grumpy Dave can...

We started our Oz Experience bus tour on the 4th (very early might i add!!!) and left for Spot X - surf camp. We met some nice peeps on the bus and by the time we arrived we had picked a good bunch of people to share a dorm with. For 50$ we had accommodation, surf lesson, breakfast, lunch and dinner so cant complain. On route to the surf camp they stopped at the 'bottle shop' so everyone could stock up on booze, 'goon' aka boxes of wine (Mum you'd love it here!...

Its our last day in Sydney today as we start our Oz Exp tour tomorrow (early might i add!) up the east coast. Sydney has been good, we got picked up from the airport by Dave's dad Yorkie which was sooo nice to see a familiar face - he's hired a camper van which he calls the 'green goddess' and is here for a month. The following day Yorkie picked us up and we all took a drive around the coast and visited Bondi beach - as the the next day (Xmas eve) we got up ear...
